I'm not here to cancel you - I just want the same accountability I had & if you disregard the time, effort, & resources I've provided to other marginalized folk in the past, including survivors of SA - then let's finally have this convo about the present. Thank you in advance.

So now I ask you, @motion__muse - how did it get to this? What have you learned? How many more ppl will you lead to blindly support & attack the same community I've always shown up for? Where do we draw the line when self-growth & healing comes @ the expense of those around us?

By all means is this case by case - there are dangerous ppl out there, I just know I'm not one of them I'm not just a random dude on the internet that will fall off the face of the Earth when faced w/ adversity. It truly sucks that I had to bring this to Twitter to settle this

We've all been there, waiting for someone to get called out just to say "I always felt they were weird" - why are we waiting for it to get to that point? What is harm reduction w/o tough convos? I've seen ppl who know me IRL unfollow + distance themselves rather than simply ask

I think there's a paradox w/ blind support in the bass music scene worth discussing: We're all so traumatized finding out about the next person that we'll do anything to compensate. I'd argue blind support works against us when ppl start disregarding what their fave artists do

I never used the sedulous work I've done behind the scenes for marginalized folk as leverage for promoters & collaborators to start working with me again - I took a mistake & turned it into a learning experience I showed what I'm capable of - never once asking for blind support

I reflected on how my lack of boundaries make me inconsistent & how ppl pleasing can be manipulative. I made amends w/ past partners & learned from them I set guidelines w/ help from loved ones. My platonic & romantic relationships have never felt better https://t.co/04FOKMGlD1

Even with much out of my control, I've been ashamed of getting in this situation. When Laura wouldn't allow me to center my rehabilitation around her needs, I turned to the community of beautiful humans I've fostered over the years They met me with tough love & accountability

I've dealt with Laura lying about my s*xual health but a line recently crossed now has me speaking out She called out my dear friend on an unrelated post in a public forum & invalidated their own experience with ab*se for supporting me. I cannot express how dangerous that is

I've tried everything to resolve this. I've hidden nothing while she moves privately to avoid questions. She has cut off her own friends due to this. How else am I supposed to proceed? Getting the law involved does NOTHING for rehabilitation in an already vulnerable demographic

I've tried reaching out to her multiple times, directly & thru mutuals. I've had much more sympathy than others affected. I've attempted to lead convos w/ a willingness to learn from this Media 13 is my last msg to her earlier this month - no response https://t.co/kFw0di1IVb

She asked if I'm exposing ppl to an STI that I've tested negative for 4 times since. I redacted it to protect her (even with her posting it publicly) since she's the one that has it - see media 08-09 There's no shame here but STIs shouldn't be weaponized https://t.co/kFw0di1IVb

After more slander to ppl affiliated w/ me, it began to slow down. I reconnected w/ my community + promoters not just to share evidence, but how I intend to show up for them moving fwd Laura began reaching out again, this time directly to me in Media 12 https://t.co/kFw0di1IVb

She then reached out to event promoters saying I s*xually ab*sed her due to an act we both consented to & eventually cleared up. This led to being secretly removed from a few lineups Media 02-05 dispute her claim + reassures feeling safe during our time https://t.co/kFw0di1IVb

I set boundaries w/ her but reflect upon mistakes I made in the case/media explanations She claims unawareness of our dynamic but Media 10-11 disproves that. The voice msg was sent to the other person involved leading up to Laura finding out about them https://t.co/kFw0di1b5D
