Also, when i opened an account i told that bitch I’m opening a savings account WITH PASSBOOK. The bitchy girl was like “Maam kapag passbook 10k ang maintaining, pero kung ATM ₱2,000 LAAAANG!!!”

Yesterday i closed my first account from BDO in a different branch. Withdrawing 10K something, girl was about to give me a bundle of ₱100 bills i asked her to give me ₱1000s instead. She raised her voice “hindi ito ibibigay ko sayo!” Wow. Very nice customer service
