As our bodies age, her memory ages with us, but she remains forever young,forever loved, and forever missed. Lord, how we adored you, Chika.

Today Chika would have turned 16. Trying to imagine her at that age, I see: a little a little makeup experimentation, music in her headphones, a few are-you-kidding outfits, but always a princess.
