The BibliothĆØque Nationale de France has reopened after more than a decade of renovations, and it looks stunning. Alongside books, the library also stores a vast array of historical documents and artworks totalling 22 million objects. Wow!

I actually wept with excitement⦠though being a wise user of Apple products, I waited a year to buy one. Canāt recall whether Iāve had five or six models; Iām still going strong on my XS, as hardware upgrades become less enticing.
To think it was 16 years ago today that Steve Jobs stood on stage at Macworld Expo in San Franciso, California, and revealed the iPhone to the world for the first time. And to think how it's changed so many of our lives (and bank balances too)

Guaranteed to cheer you up, not matter if it's raining or your fridge is empty. L'Ʃcole des facteurs (School for Postmen) is a 1947 short film directed and starring Jacques Tati. As joyful as ever. https://t.co/z4Is7qUeMq
