A year ago today, I very suddenly lost my Grandma and a few months before she passed away, she knitted me this doll 🥹 she always supported my passion for teaching and told me how proud she was. I will treasure this forever 🤍

A little Christmas keepsake I made for the parents of my class to look back on how much their child has grown each year. I measured the children’s heights with wool and made it into a scarf for a snowman! ⛄️♥️ #eyfs #Christmas2024

Last week, my Year 4 Spanish class made wooden tree decorations, took them home and distributed them in the local community in the hope that they would be found and make someone’s day. This happened today ❤️

Last year, I entered a Young Artists competition with my class and found out this week that not only was all of their art work chosen to be published in a book, but a child in my class won the competition and their drawing was chosen for the front cover! Proud teacher moment! 🤩

In maths, we have been finding matching objects and pictures and explored the idea that two of the same make a pair. We loved finding the odd one out! My class also enjoyed ‘Simon Sock’ - a great story about an odd sock who finds his perfect pair! 🧦 @WhiteRoseEd #eyfs #maths
