they also tried to say she removed her own IV catheter despite there being like 3 people there with her? my vet has shaved & taken blood from keisha by HERSELF before in like 2 minutes. she’s nervous but she is so quiet & docile at the vet. they had her absolutely terrified :(.

keeping trying. they eventually gave up & brought her back out to me & her arms were smeared in blood & not even a bandage (they tried to say she took it off lol: she didn’t) & she was absolutely terrified. anyway she’s on abx & the second vet was much better - keisha mom.

vets there left recently and they’re short staffed and the first vet i got keisha to was absolutely awful. he was less than helpful/knowledgeable and they had keisha in the back for 40 minutes trying to get blood and they wouldn’t let me come back with her and insisted on.

p.s. the shaved neck and arms (visible if u look close enough) are bc on saturday keisha in and out of the litter box w very little pee and peed out some blood. i got her to 2 emergency vets over the course of the day bc my vet is closed for emergencies on weekends bc one of the.
