تفضيل العمل عن بعد لايعني انطوائية،.بل تقديرأعمق للتركيز،واحتياج لمساحة آمنة تزهرفيها الأفكار.في مجالات تعتمد على الكتابة،التحليل،أوالإبداع،يكون الانعزال أحيانًا هو الشرط الأول للحضور الحقيقي؛.المطلوب بيئة تقدّر هذا النوع من الإنتاج، وتؤمن أن العمل القوي لايشترط الظهور، بل الجودة.

قيود وهمية ⛓.النمل يعتمد اعتمادًا أساسيًّا على الفيرمونات (المواد الكيميائية) التي يفرزها ويتتبعها في الحركة والتواصل. وعندما يشمّ رائحة الحبر، تختلط إشاراته الكيميائية وتتشوّش، فيظنّ أنّ هناك حاجزًا أو خطًّا لا يستطيع تجاوزه.!.

اسوء بيئة تنافسية هي التي تقوم على ان الغاية .في التفوق على الآخرين لا على احداث اضافة حقيقية او انجاز ؛ ففي هذه البيئات قد يلجأ البعض لاسقاط الاخرين ليشعر هو بالنجاح بدل الارتقاء بنفسه . Tearing someone down won't make you taller.
