Where colleagues become teammates, and teammates become family. MCBC is not about judgment. Not even about winning. It’s about showing up, moving, and remembering the child inside us who once played without fear.

Laughter ringing in the air, cheers so loud they drown out the score. On paper, it looks like “a company sports league.” But it’s not. It’s where a shy beginner plays for the first time in years. Where someone who thought they were “not sporty” discovers the thrill of a rally.

At Blissclub, our mission is "to spread happiness through movement". Enter the MovingIt Challenge of Blissclub (MCBC),our most beloved tradition. An entire year. Teams built through an auction. Fierce matches in badminton, TT, cricket.

Being a mum to Ira and being the CEO of Blissclub has taught me this: You pour your whole self into something you love, knowing one day it will stand on its own. The pain is real. The pride is indescribable. When people ask me how many kids I have? I just smile and say, "2”.

But the greatest joy? Watching them grow into their own identities. Ira, with her cheeky grin and fierce little opinions. Blissclub, with a culture and spirit that’s bigger than me now — people who believe in it, fight for it, and carry it forward.

The heartbreaks have been real too. Ira’s first hospital visit left me in tears. Blissclub’s first big rejection during fundraising stung just the same. In both moments, I questioned if I was doing enough.

Ira thrives on hugs, lullabies, and endless love. Blissclub thrives on people, culture, and way too much coffee. Both need nurturing, both need patience, both need me to show up even when I’m tired, exhausted and feeling spent

Ira’s first steps? Wobbly, clumsy, and the most beautiful thing I’ve ever witnessed. Blissclub’s first store launch? Just as clumsy, just as emotional — and yes, I cried both times.

With Ira, the sleepless nights were the 2 AM cries. With Blissclub, it was the 2 AM panic attacks: “What am I doing wrong?!” Both times, I was equally helpless, equally wide awake, and equally responsible.

15 months ago, my first daughter Ira was born, she was this tiny little human — fragile, uncertain, but bursting with promise. Honestly, Blissclub felt the same way when it was born.

But the moments when a woman says “This finally feels like me.” This is way bigger than any growth chart or sales number. Coz it means we’re doing what we set out to do. Design for women, not mannequins. To design for movement, not for show. To design for confidence and freedom.

It is a reminder of limits your body pushed to bring a life into this world. It is the quiet pick-me-up when joy feels far away. It is a mirror of who you are.....Of the woman you were always meant to be. That’s what Blissclub stands for. Not leggings, not hoodies, not joggers.

Think about that for a second, Clothes are the courage to walk into a party alone only to walk out with new friends. It is confidence when you walk into a new workplace, unsure but determined. It is the memories of your first date, the nerves, the hope, the magic.

This message landed in my inbox that stopped me in my tracks. She wrote: "But I just wanted to tell you how your products aren’t just products in my life, but they have brought a shift in my confidence. From me not feeling confident to me walking around with my head high."
