Update: one bag was delivered to me, and the Greenland bag was returned to Copenhagen, but no ETA on delivery yet. It's now been 48 hours @airBaltic - and, no news / no help / no anything. #fail.
My bag is now in GREENLAND. That's the wrong direction @airBaltic! Could this get more ridiculous? #fail.

Still no idea why it hasn't gotten here - but they have now finally tried to follow up directly with origin team. Elina w/@airBaltic at RIX was super helpful - BUT, it took me going to airport (in person!), AND getting a ticket agent to take me into lost and found to reach her.

I was given a forwarding detail for a flight this morning 2 hours ago. Flight has almost landed in Riga and my suitcase is still in Copenhagen. #fail.

Ah yes, good old @airBaltic delayed our flight out of Copenhagen to load suitcases but still managed to leave a bunch behind (including mine). Is there ever a time @airBaltic doesnt actually mess something up on a flight? Ever? Seriously? #fail.
