It sucks learning about international law & justice in law school only to learn that those laws are not respected & can be broken without repercussions. Israel has captured the non-violent sumud flotilla convoys carrying food & baby formulas & humanitarian aids. Heartbreaking.
Israel finally did what was expected. It intercepted in the Sumud Flotilla in international waters, in violation of international law and in a manner that constituted a crime. On October 1, 2025, multiple vessels belonging to the Global Sumud Flotilla (Alma, Sirius, and Adara)
