Chantal/@miracarix was one of the most generous, creative, and kind people I’ve ever met. I didn’t really know her social circle across the pond. My deepest condolences to all her friends and family in the UK and beyond.

It was an exceptionally complex musical feat w/ 3 separate songs playing simultaneously while changing independently w/ the audience's movements. Somehow everything stayed harmonizing & interweaving beautifully, thanks to Mira's magical musical spell. This was 1 of her 12 layers.

It is with profound sadness I learned of my friend Mira Calix’s passing. Now seeing through twitter just how many other lives she touched in addition to mine. We collaborated on an installation at @BarbicanCentre, for which she composed the most beautiful interactive music score.
