Asking for all prayers for a miracle for my baby girl Kellyanne. She is still one of the Mystic Campers who is unaccounted for. I’ll never forget when she told me she had a lead solo in the Christmas Pageant. She is absolutely fearless.

With respect to everyone this isn’t true. I don’t think most guys are walking out skilled and knowledgeable or even overly prepared for a multitude of reasons.
@mikewaaalllace @CoachE_Philly I think the difference now is really there’s way more college guys from the 2010s that actually care enough to coach. Kids aren’t going to school as just “gifted project athletes” and are walking out of Philly skilled and knowledgeable.

I’m going to preface my comment & acknowledge that some camps are volume money makers. Seeing if “a coach” is a fit for your athletes is a moving target & can hurt your kids. Programs are limited & have to be strategic. Camps allow entire staffs to evaluate & gain opinions.
Every HS coach should respond: “Coach, we like your program, but we need to get you down here for a practice & see if you’d be a good fit for our athletes.”. Time to shut down all these chickensh!t recruiting tactics. If you hire guys to evaluate, trust their eyes or hire better.
