Retired - December 2022. I call on my deep experience marketing and selling to very large organizations to power stock trading

Scale also matters when applied to profit objectives: "hit it once/repeat it many" is, I think, a lot sounder an approach than holding out for one of Peter Lynch's "four baggers". "Ring the register" regularly on winners - stay clear of losers. Pennies add up

Scale matters: taking an 8% hit on an investment of $200 - $300 in a single position is comparatively painless, isn't it? When compared to the same hit on $2 - $3K it looks like a no-brainer to me, how about you?

What do others think about the contribution sound risk management can make to a winning stock trading effort? My answer is "it's big and essential" what's your answer?

if your team is exploring possibility of using ChatGPT/MSCoPilot/GeminiAdvanced to mentor #citizendevelopers into becoming coders there are pitfalls. I just spent days working with GeminiAdvanced. My conclusion? Very useful, but tends to obsess on solving problems. Careful

#GeminiAdvanced beats #chatgpt4 at least for me. I just got back to coding (after 21 years not doing coding) quite successfully based on using both tools as helpers. It was just much easier and straightforward to use GeminiAdvanced.

Canned #LLMs work fine for #personalassistant applications, but very large businesses in public and private sector need custom #LLMs granted permission to consume their proprietary data. My take on successful Series F round for #ScaleAI:

Need more clues big money is very skeptical about viability of $intc foundry pivot? Consider news today $msft presented Azure Cobalt 100 #CPUs built by Intel. Microsoft stock price is up over 1%. Intel's? down 1.38%:

What do other $intc investors make of news management sunk cash into Scale AI? I don't see how Scale AI is going to drive foundry business. Am I missing something? How come $tsm isn't sinking cash in alongside Intel?

After all, would it be a tough ask to convince publishers $aapl can be the data broker they all need to capitalize on their intellectual property as training infrastructure for #GPT models? How much could Apple skim off the top of those transactions?

Should $aapl investors be asking for more of this kind of business & less of chasing trains like #generativeAI already out of the station?

What hasn't got the brand name reputation of $nvda chips? isn't market-proven? but has an even bigger appetite for power and cooling? You guessed it $intc #falconshore AI processor. 1 investor (me) reaction: Uh oh ....

Something to keep in mind if you, like me, are betting on $d based on its datacenter business: "The company is at the heart of data-center activity, yet earnings-per-share growth isn’t dramatically different from other utilities."

Fossil fuels and clean-energy shares are unloved by investors. That’s an opportunity, say our roundtable experts. Why some stocks could double, and then some.

Supports notion $msft is appealing to a regulatory audience with press about offering $amd chips as alternative to $nvda chips. Came up a winner with the UK CMA, did it not?

You have got to be kidding. My bet? Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers isn't going to drink Apple Fellow Phillip Schiller's koolaid:

A senior Apple Inc. executive told a US judge that the iPhone maker’s new 27% fee on purchases made outside its App Store are a good-faith attempt to comply with the law.

Careful. $msft has never done well in the consumer market for smart hardware and software. Not listening to gamers on the topic of how they really like to play their games could be costly:

The software company will add the latest installment of the hit videogame series to its Game Pass subscription service.

Based on an alleged 400 M&A deals in 2023, alone. #Cybersecurity business looks like a real tough one, at least for now. What does this business need to get back on track? More regulation? Less regulation? What impact on #stocktrading for $panw and more?
securityweek.com
Thirty-four cybersecurity-related merger and acquisition (M&A) deals were announced in January 2024.
