Brandon got back to getting the barrel vertical (how he used to swing in 13u) rather than behind his head which made his path much more direct. Started sticking the finish with his eyes down every time, not sometimes. This overtime leads to measurable improvement. #baseball

Putting youth hitters on the hit-trax machine may be the quickest way to form bat habits at a young age. I understand it’s fun… but we can have fun without spinning our eyes straight to a screen after hitting the ball! This will translate to over-rotation in game.
