I lost my oldest and deepest friend 11 years ago out of nowhere. I wish I had told him so many things. It's the reason that I tell everyone nice things when I see them now. I'm not trying to be a cheerleader or kiss your ass. I want you to know that I care.
Please love on your people outloud and often. Give those flowers while they can be enjoyed. I keep and will keep saying this until yall get it. Don’t wait until it’s a tribute to express your love, gratitude, appreciation and support. Do it now. I love yall man.

I interviewed Vaughn in late 2023. He’s done pretty much everything he said he wanted to and it’s been beautiful to witness. V Guy is THE guy.
About a year ago I challenged myself to try to wrestle in front of as many new crowds as I can, nearly every week if possible. The reality is, nobody is searching for a 5’8 small town Canadian to hand a contract to, you have to go out and make opportunities for yourself.
