Brother Rice is heading to the state championship game for the first time since 1981. The Crusaders blanked New Trier 4-0 in the Class 4A semis. Cole Van Assen threw a complete game, struck out 9. It’ll be Brother Rice vs. Edwardsville tomorrow night.
