It's always challenging taking the ego out of reporting on what's been done. I like the practice I learnt called the 3Rs. What's the Result achieved?. What's the Reason? (for the Result, or the Gap). What's the Response? (over the next week to move closer to the Result).

If only there was a union style organization for small business that negotiated terms with larger corporate suppliers, where terms included consequences for poor service. On-hold for more than 30 minutes. they pay. Don't have your support request responded to . they pay. Get.
