Just finished my final morning sprints.One of the things I hate most about training.

just got in from a morning run. Having breakfast while checking emails then heading to the gym yet again. Boring life sometimes lol.

not alot really. Rainy sinday afternoon. Chilling at home, resting after a hard weeks training. Back in the gym tommorow.
