The average person gives up and quits when facing difficult situations. Champions welcome the struggle because it makes the rewards of winning that much sweeter. The struggle makes you appreciate your accomplishments. Find a way to overcome the struggle. Never give up!

There are few people that are purpose minded rather than problem and circumstance minded. When you focus on the circumstances, you will never move into you destiny. Stay where you are supposed to be, doing what you are supposed to be doing. Focus on getting better every day!

Life is full of inconveniences. Even though we can’t always control our circumstances, we can control our reaction. This has been a trying year for a lot of us. We have to continue to BELIEVE in ourselves and move forward one day at a time. We dictate our attitude. Stay positive!

Part of being a Champion is knowing what you have to give up to do the work. The question is what area will that be? Take inventory of what you are doing and see what you need to give up. Ask yourself, are you willing to make a comment based on TRUST and not on guarantees?

If you want to be a Champion you have to be prepared. Study, listen and learn. Watch others that have gone before you see how they succeed. This helps you to be decisive. Champions make decisions, not suggestions, they know the answer while everyone else is still asking questions.

What wolf will reign over you? The Big Bad Wolf or The GREAT GOOD WOLF. Simply, the one you and your mind feeds. Hint: Starve all thoughts bad - its the bouncer who throws the Bad Wolf on his Butt. Mandatory: Feed the Great GOOD Wolf, and it will feed you and others, too.

Pain is a part of life, learn from the pain and move to the next level of your destiny.Hard to believe how much pain was caused by lack of administrative leadership at DeLaSalle. Now,they fire those that had no experience leading. President, Principle,VP. Who is next?

Being a Leader you have to be decisive. To be decisive you must have the information you need to make the correct decision and to make it quickly. You prepare ahead of time. You have to be able to make decisions that are best for everyone. Being a leader is not always popular.

Some people become something they are not because they think by conforming to expectations of others they will get somewhere in their life. When we realize that we don’t need everyone’s approval to get where we need to be in life to fulfill our destiny we have achieved CONFIDENCE

Whatever happens, we’ll get through this and we’ll be stronger than ever before. It’s not the adversity that necessarily makes us a Champion, but it reveals that we are a Champion. We are strong now and will continue to use our purpose to shape our destiny when the time comes

Great advice to be a Champion, is to never, ever, never give up. When adversity is present, know that success is right behind it. Don’t allow negative thoughts to stay in your mind. You may be going through the toughest time of your life, but don’t give up. You are not alone.

There will be adversity that you will have to face. Don’t avoid it, but go through it. You have to be mentally tough enough to handle it. If you are a true Champion,You set the standard everyone else is trying to reach. You know that no matter what comes at you, can handle it.

Question of the year; How do you suspend 3 students for over 42 days, don’t give due process, then allow them back to school as if nothing happened. Something did happen. @NateMaus, @BenttWiddows, and @JackBruziwitz are still running the school called DeLaSalle Collegiate 🤔.

Your purpose isn’t about you; it’s about others. In order to be a Champion you have to be bringing others with you. I don’t understand why John Knight, Nate Maus, Brett Widdows could not understand that leadership concept at Warren DeLaSalle. Spread the word no one is following.

When we have a dream in our heart, we start off strong. We head toward our goal, we’re excited! Along the way, we hit some roadblocks and encounter some adversity. 3 student/athletes get suspended for 42 days? Is that adversity or is that a travesty? DeLaSalle have you forgot?

I was 12/16/19 when I was told over the phone that my lawyer should call DeLaSalle’s lawyers and work out a compunction package because I was fired. Yes, over the phone. Reason given, we don’t need one you are an “At Will Employee “. Got no package just got railroaded. 94 years ?

It has always been my daily life objective to win the respect of others. My time at Warren DeLaSalle led me to believe differently. Many so called Christan people turned to the devil to show the direction of their leadership. Brotherhood can sometimes only be words.
