Lettuce is the star ingredient today! 🥬. At Chef Randa, Yasemin and Halise’s classes, lettuce brings crunch, colour and balance to the table. Halise’s Kisir, Yasemin’s Mercimek Kofte and Randa’s Obbeh el Batata use fresh leaves to add that extra layer of flavour and texture🌿

This week's star ingredient is the versatile aubergine!🍆. Tajik chef Sanobar presents Salati Bodinjon, this flavourful dish of fried aubergine with fresh vegetables and herbs. This salad originates from Korean migrants living in the former Soviet Union!
