Agatha doesn’t feel a sense of loyalty to those ppl, but she does to Jen. And more so, Jen’s career is based on Agatha’s success. If Agatha’s goes down, she takes Jen with her. And while Agatha might sacrifice herself in order to keep Rio, she can’t ask that of Jen.
