Beyond the panels, the energy in the room was electric. Founders asked thoughtful questions, asked bold questions, shared experiences, and even pitched for their next funding rounds. The day truly reflected what community means to us at Microtraction.

The second panel - Growth & Scaling: Series A and Beyond, featured Bernard Ghartey, Ireayomide Oladunjoye, and Bili Sule, diving deep into what sustainable growth looks like in today’s market.

The day featured two insightful panel discussions. The first - Hiring and Culture, brought together Atinuke Idowu, Ebenezer Akintomide, and Jumoke Dada, who shared candid insights on building strong, values-driven teams from day one.
