Surprising that many startups aren't hiring early-career talent. Some of our best at Warp were new grads. Cursor, Robinhood, Scale, and countless others were built on the backs of new grads. Don't sleep on young and hungry talent.

Poker nights scare me. But somehow they’ve become the default way to “hang” in SF tech. So we started hosting trivia nights instead. Lower barrier; more collaborative. And you still leave with new friends. DM or reply if you want to come to the next one!
