i think a lot of extreme privacy tech advocates don’t realize it’s actually a classist position to have. ideological sure, ethically driven even but try to explain to a normie you want to make it harder to detect crime in the name of privacy. that’s the obstacle to overcome.

Professionals don't use FFmpeg and FFprobe. They use extremely expensive software that runs FFmpeg inside (and that vendor contributes nothing back).
