Great job to our Richmond Elite athletes. Our team did awesome at the AAU Region 17 Qualifier. Our athletes received 74 medals as they qualified for Junior Olympics. #RichmondElite #ProudCoach

After a great varsity track meet at Hall Stadium, UIL 6A District 20 Track & Field Championship on April 2-4, I competed in the 200m dash and 4x100m relay 200m- 22.37 9th overall (Lane 1, 1st in my heat) 4x100m- 41.07 2nd overall (Lane 5) @FBBroncosTrack @OfficialCLStars

In this week’s district meet i dropped a huge pr of 10.74 (FAT) in the 100m. Even though i didn’t advance to area in my open event i’m still very proud of myself. Also the fastest freshman in my region & 7th in texas. @dbank713tx @Siemers_XC_TF @Coachlewis713

Manvel meet 400m: NEW PR 48.49 a lot to work on but it’s only going up from here! 4x1: 40.85 2nd time in Ridge point history to run 40. In February! There is still much improvement needed but we will get the work in to excel and go far this season!

Yesterday I competed in the Falcons Relay at Royal High School. 100m dash- 12.67 (New PR), lane 2 2x200 relay- 26.03 split, lane 4 (In the purple shorts)
