No one cares about your ideas - until you can convince them that you understand their problems.

It's popular to complain about the inefficiencies of bureaucracy. But bureaucracy per se is not the issue - . The issue is granting indefinite employment to solve definite problems. A liquid bureaucracy could probably be pretty efficient given the right guardrails & constraints.
