Another good Splitfinger summer season for @GerritKoot ! He was a bulldog on the mound vs some tough PBR competition from MI, OH and PA. 6 GS. 5 CG. 40.1 IP. 65% strikes. 1.85 K/BB.

Needed this one!.
With the go-ahead run on second base in the seventh inning, @Mason_Bulldogs showed off their acting chops to get the final out of the inning with a trick pickoff play. Mason went on to win a wild one 3-2 in 10 innings to advance to the state semifinals for the first time ever.
