I am deeply impressed with the number (not “amount”) of X people who have encyclopaedic knowledge of the views of “most people”, of the opinions of people they do not know, or are experts on communism/fascism without having read Das Kapital or Mein Kampf. Block fodder.

Do Channel 7 advertisers really believe that those watching the cricket are totally dumb and able to be influenced by idiots shouting or chanting illiterate nonsense?

Susssan Ley wants to “step on the gas” to “reduce” electricity prices. AEMO should publish analysis of how the despatch of gas generators INCREASES the price of electricity. SShe also criticised domestic gas shortage. Those policy settings were made by the former LNP government

If Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor paid £12m to someone he never met for something he didn’t do, how much did Trump pay to someone who would deny she ever met him and that he never did anything improper when they didn’t meet?

It takes a specialist in LNP political stupidity to vote against this measure. and hand the Greens the leverage to force a compromise, such as lower thresholds ($2.5m; $7.5m?) and higher tax revenues. https://t.co/CCQc4oeDU0

Two reasons why some retail elec prices are up. Gas dragging up the cost of all cheaper generation when it is despatched. (More gas means even higher prices) The grid evolving from distributing a few generators to many users to distributing among many generators and many users

What happened that so many died in the line of duty at Windsor Castle on that date? ( Yes. I know it is just sub standard literacy from the magazine.)

In what sort of modern world does a government think that sponsoring such celebrity expeditions serves any national interest?

Watch your back, @AlboMP: another of those pesky royals is heading here for 11 Nov… (and no, magazine, the woman did not “earn” her meaningless unnecessary, titular rank in the Australian army.)(ashamed for seeing this rag…) https://t.co/HgkdD29hp6

Why is all migration “mass”? Why are all migrants “illegal”? Why are all migrants presumed to be violent criminals? (Signed: a legal, law-complying, migrant)

If Andrew was at Pizza Hut or at Maxwell’s brothel in the Guifre night in question, or if a myriad of prostitutes was procured for him in Thailand, then his attending security officers would have been aware. Question them.

Now the royal stripping has started can we have our own Australian version - and drop every “royal” from honorary ranks in the Australian military?

Public service announcement. If you need to wave or burn a flag to demonstrate your patriotism/loyalty or your opposition then you have lost the argument.

After Andrew Mountbatten (Windsor) lost his HRH title, his dukedom allowed him to demand to be addressed as “your grace”. Now he has to stop using that title, he can be addressed as “your disgrace”. Ban all these pretentious titles and associated societal ranks!

A jump in the unemployment rate to 4.5 per cent puts a rate cut in play, but the Reserve Bank will wait for crucial inflation data before making a call.

China bans exports to US who now demand Australia supports US. But when China’s Morrison-induced import bans hit Australia, where was US support? Yes. They supplied the market in Australia’s stead. Sauce. Goose. Gander. https://t.co/vFb7YPK0ov
