Die unrechtmäig verlangten "Mahngebühren" werden daher selbstverständlich nicht bezahlt. Vielmehr bitte ich euch diese Praxis generell abzustellen. Denn eigentlich sollte man hier über AK und Konsumentenschutz eine Sammelklage anstrengen.

Deutsche Gerichte haben wiederholt festgestellt, dass dies bei nachweisbaren Kosten maximal ca. 2-3 EUR betragen darf. Ihr überspannt den Bogen damit um dass 3-4fache (13% Mahngebühren!!!).

Hallo liebes @Zalando Team,. Ich hatte bei euch eine Bestellung iHv EUR 76,- übersehen (ist bezahlt). Ihr habt mir dafür EUR 10,- als Mahngebühren in Rechnung gestellt. Euer Vorgehen ist leider illegal. Ihr dürft maximal eure direkten Kosten verrechnen.

@derStandardat used to be a high quality newspaper in the 90ies. But with their online version 2, downward spirals changed this:. 1) Quick and dirty articles. 2) An online forum (worse than @krone_at) showing us the lowest behavioral levels Austrians could ever reach.

An old Atari computer just won a chess game against chatGPT. But honestly, what a useless comparison :) even worse than comparing apples with pinapples. This makes the comments in @webstandardat even funnier. 99% of the comments are completely based on ignorance and not-knowing.

Ich habe mir mal das Leserforum von @derStandardat genauer angesehen. Und . OMG . das ist ein Ort der Peinlichkeiten. Dort geht's ja noch schlimmer zu als bei der Kronen Zeitung. Dass sich ein ehemaliges Qualitätsblatt für soetwas hergibt ist bemerkenswert! ;).
