USCIS released its April–June 2025 data yesterday. EB-1A approval rates went from 72.73% to 66.60% last quarter (dropped by 6%). NIW Approvals saw a decline too from 67.35% to 54.02% in approval rates (dropped by 13%). The number of decisions released haven't changed much.
