I'm doing #gamedev in #fyne using #golang: I released "Fyne Mines", a small Minesweeper for desktop implementation, read more here: https://t.co/mGi2q0gsZ5

I wrote an article on "The CAP Theorem" and it's relation between "partition tolerance" and "performance", titled "The P in CAP is for Performance", see:
tqdev.com
I was reading the (well written) article “The CAP Theorem. The Bad, the Bad, & the Ugly” by Dominik Tornow (recommended read). On “partition tolerance” (the P in CAP) he writes: “network partitions...

Advent Of Code 2023 is too difficult for me. If even the best speed-coders of the world spend almost half an hour on this puzzle (5th of December), it will certainly take me half a day. I'll skip the rest of this year. #XebiaAoC

@FanlessTech I love the Inter-Tech 601 for it's small size and price, see also:

@FanlessTech @ASUS I will try to add a 32GB SO-DIMM to the board and report on my success (or failure). The specs say it shouldn't work, but I expect that it does work. Stay tuned!

I've found a supplier where I could buy the @FanlessTech @Asus motherboard. I receive it in a week or so. I'll test it and let you know how it compares to the earlier tested (and easier to get) AsRock N100DC-ITX, see: https://t.co/cwdDtcqKxM

BeQuiet Pure Base 500DX case with 5 x Noctua 140mm case fans (NF-P14s) and a BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4 CPU fan. Used an Arctic 10 port PWM fan hub. Quiet gaming it is! Red team: 5700G + 6750XT. It's obviously a build "for the kids" ;-)

I upgraded my living room Linux PC, this fanless N100 motherboard is the heart of the new system. It uses 12 watt idle and 2 watt in standby. Add 2 TB NVMe storage and 32GB of RAM and you have a great all-round PC.
