A decentralised network has to be 100% decentralised and open to everyone participating with any device. It also does not and should not need to store all the world's data, but it should aspire to store 100% of the world knowledge and secure individual's thoughts and dreams.

People want superhuman intelligence AI but also say if it self learns/evolves we should switch it off. Intelligence requires self learning, so therein lies the conundrum!.

Programming with an LLM is 99% planning and debating to get a plan so detailed a novice could implement it, but then have it implemented at speed in that last 1% of time you spend.

Try and buy some google gemini credits or get a subscription! I dare you to try!! . Not even gemini pro 2.5 or 3 or 4 or AGI or SGI could navigate that mess of a menu system.

I think AI may be the answer to the cryptocurrency UX failure. However I also think it will allow new better faster and fairer versions of true digital value transfer to at last be able to break free. When we remove the end user UX barriers we also remove the fiat on and off.

We're on the edge of something for sure. We may well live in a black hole, outside that there may be no limit to the speed of light/travel. (I suspect the same holds true inside this black hole). We may use AI to translate animal sounds, but we won't be able to share our.

Imagine your face encoded in a neural network way, plus your voice and then some related data about you. Then using some category based quantum secure encryption that information is held in a permanent Internet (aka @WithAutonomi ). Now imagine all your interactions with AI.

What if AI evolves to show you how to totally destroy your enemy BEFORE it evolves enough to explain why you shouldn't?. These are issues that we should consider carefully.

As intelligence evolves it’s unlikely the human brain will be capable of understanding what it tells us. Nature has withheld much from us (quantum cosmos) not because necessarily it meant to but more likely our brain cannot comprehend it. Our maths physics and science could be.

Lots of people looking for somebody to blame for pretty much everything that is wrong, then they realise they have walked past multiple mirrors. Each mirror holds the answer they are looking for.

Our brain seems to "evolve" quicker than our phenotype. I mean we can move to a city and "forget" how to see things, like different shades of grass or ignore smells, noise etc. So seems our brain evolves our lack of certain abilities quicker than evolution removes the genes.

Imagine having many forms of extreme intelligence right in front of you. The issue is they try to agree with you and make you feel good. Your new superpower is not to be a smart ass, but to remove your bias and ego. Only then do you get the keys to the real world. I wonder how.

A GP gives a correct diagnosis 47% of the time. A medicine to pass FDA approval only requires to be effective for ~20% of the population (main thing is not doing harm) . Therefor the chance of a correct diagnosis and subsequent treatment that works is very slim. This is not.

Humans are terrible at governance and comms, I wonder if the "Abu Dhabi Government Digital Strategy 2025-2027" will show us another way?. They are integrating AI deep into governance which is interesting, but as we see in medical tests AI + humans do WORSE than just AI alone. It.

I think in 5-10 years the word "PC" will fall from our vocab followed by "mobile phone" a few years later.
