At a special Township Board meeting on April 21, the Board accepted a letter of resignation from Township Manager Frank Walsh. Community Planning & Development Director Timothy Schmitt has been appointed as Interim Township Manager. Read more here:

STATEWIDE TORNADO DRILL NOTICE. The state of Michigan will conduct a statewide tornado drill on Wednesday, March 20 at 1:00 pm. The Ingham County outdoor warning siren system, including those in Meridian Township, will also be activated during this time. #MeridianTownship

Meridian Township offices will be closed on Monday, February 19 in observance of Presidents' Day. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, February 20. Early voting for the presidential primary election will still be available in the Municipal Building Town Hall Room.
