I sometimes wonder what my life would have been like if I had gone with Plan B - joining the US Army. I was weeks away from signing enlistment paperwork (mom would sign because I was 17) when I received my college acceptance letter, and that was the end of that.

This whole thread is heartbreaking. I get that college isn't for everyone and that trade schools and apprenticeships are just as important. But cheating by using AI? You're cheating yourself. I went to college because there were still so many things I wanted to learn!
