there’s no ‘perfect’ way 2 recover u don’t need 2 eat clean or move a certain way or meditate every morning. recovery is literally doing what’s best 4 u that day. some days that’s eating a full meal. some days it’s staying in bed. some days it’s crying n trying again

if u relapsed, ur progress isnt erased it means ur human ur body n mind reached 4 what used 2 feel safe even if it’s not healthy now, but u noticed and noticing is the start of change u can still get up tomorrow n choose differently ur recovery isn’t broken, it’s ongoing
