Kim Woodburn has passed away at the age of 83.

The DV Lottery draw in DV2025, and possibly DV2026 appears to be flawed. Applicants from Great Britain were eligible to enter the Diversity Lottery, but have not been selected. @USAinUK and @StateDept need to investigate and assure people that the rules were correctly applied!

I now have enough people that entered DV2026 to confirm there should be some GB selected cases. I haven't heard from ANY GB selectees. DV2025 was FLAWED, and DV2026 is probably the same. ANY RESPONSE FROM @StateDept ????
