I watched 6 players and 1 coach change their life that day! I’ve been through a lot on this field but NOTHING compares to seeing this! This is why @SamfordU is special. This is the power of our great King Jesus. What a blessing it is to coach the girls and be along side them all.

Had a GREAT Elite Camp yesterday on campus. Lots of talent and fun people to be around. We are headed to Atlanta this weekend to find more future Bulldogs! On another note.. recruiting is fun and all but I officially miss @SamfordSB and CANT WAIT to have them back 🫶🏼 Go Dogs!

Introducing the newest Bulldog Makinley Turner‼️ She joins Samford after a season at Southern Union State CC. She was an NJCCA All-American and led DI JUCO with a .73 ERA. Makinley went 16-1 and struck out 163 batters in 134 innings. At the plate, she slashed .367/.437./548 🐶🥎

Give a Bulldog welcome to @brandyphillipss‼️ Brandy joins Samford after two seasons at Wallace State CC where she had a slash line of .337/.381/.491 over 395 at-bats. She also went 13-3 in the circle this past season with a 2.29 ERA 🐶🥎 #AllForSAMford

As year 1 has finally come to an end and I’ve had the time to process, I am proud of a few things.. 33 win season, 3.66 team GPA, culture skyrocketed, and most importantly NO ONE in the portal. This team is special and committed to excellence for each other! @SamfordSB on the 📈
