All of the above has culminated in the pictured overview of $MEGA's Public Sale • Majority unlocked users • Majority min. allos, with increased fills going to community or high-participation users Tomorrow, everyone will be able to check the site to see allocations.

With the candidate pool determined, efforts shifted to allocation curves (again split by locked vs unlocked). Locked Bids → 100% fills for top scorers, with steep drop to a 25% minimum fill. Unlocked Bids → 30% fills up top, followed by smooth slope to the minimum ($2,650)

Once scored, we then began isolating accounts which did not meet our minimum account criteria for allocation. Again, social and onchain presence prioritized (details in article). This process cut our non-community bid pool from ~53k to ~6k for allocation determination.

On [2], we created a scoring system based on these factors: → Onchain activity → Social signal and organic presence → MegaETH interactions → Not viewing this as a trade (lock willingness) The intent here is to locate and allocated-to deeply native users with conviction.

We approached this process with two goals: 1. Allocate fairly to existing community 2. Build a data-driven system to identify long term investors On [1], identified community had increased bid allocations honored (lock or not), resulting in 25% of total USD allocation.
