I will never forget how Jim Baldoni encouraged me and multiplied my abilities by simply listening. I was new to Instructional Technology, and he helped me grow as a professional. @EISDofSA #multiplier

Teaching is not delivering information. Teaching is building relationships with students and supporting them as they apply new information to complex tasks. The power of technology is that it allows educators to spend less time delivering information and more time truly teaching.

I heard a quote from the movie Hoosiers this week, and I found it powerful. "This is your team... I hope you will support them for what they are and not for what they're not." Embrace the strengths of those in your life, rather than dwelling on their weaknesses.

I just got @remarkablepaper tablet for work this week, and I love it. I find that the physical act of writing is better for my retention than typing. My productivity just improved.

I'm really enjoying using @NotionHQ to collect intriguing quotes as I read. With the tags, I'm finding it very easy to retrieve the quote I'm looking for at a later date. I'm also dipping my toes in the Zettelkasten world with Notion as the spot for storage and retrieval.
