According to Athlinks, today was my fastest 5k since 2017!!! Back in March, I was worried about interval training that included a pace of 8:50 for 1/8 mile. Today, I averaged 8:59/mile for 3.1 miles! . The “lifetime” records are actually just since I joined Strava last year.
