Also pleased to see that any mandated break has been removed. Imho, the quotation, application & completion journey, coupled with organisations working within the regulations of Consumer Duty, should ensure no one is rushed into making such an important & irreversible decision.

I’m pleased to see the changes made within the TS rules. The ability to refer to whole of market brokers is a positive potential next step outside of the TS journey for those it may apply to, and may result in higher annuity income and overall better annuity outcomes. 1/2
