Many of you know the AR (atmos River) scale, before that we estab’d R-Cat scale for reporting historically wettest 3-day periods at stations. An R-cat 4 is HUGE, over 500 mm (20 inch) in 3days. The past 3 days have brought RCat lvl precip to 121 stations in Calif!!!! …
