ULA is fueling its Atlas 5 rocket at pad 41 this morning. Liquid hydrogen loading on the Centaur upper stage is about 50% complete and liquid oxygen loading on the booster is done. Teams are aiming for liftoff of the Leo Atlas 4 (or Amazon Leo 4) mission at 3:28 am ET (0828 UTC).

SpaceX launches their Falcon 9 rocket this evening at 2:16pm ET as part of the NROL-77 mission. Shortly after liftoff the 1st stage booster returned for a land based landing at LZ-2.
