In our 3rd meeting for our @LshipMatters 3rd cohort, we covered 'decision making', 'emotional intelligence' and 'clarity'. We were pretty clear on the decision to finish 5 minutes early as it felt like everybody was a bit tired 😁 #LeadershipDevelopmen

Our @LshipMatters cohort 2 are enjoying their second year of the programme. On Wednesday we looked at the roles we would naturally play in a team project. In our version of 'Finding Nemo', we tried to work out who's profile belonged to who. #leadership #leadershipdevelopment

In our Cohort 3 @LshipMatters Year 2, Step 2 meeting, we will discuss delegation and team meetings. I often tend to delegate the role of chair to a fellow leader and aim to hear as many voices as possible (and get the coffees in) #leadershipdevelopment #leadership #delegation

Developing #Leadership in isolation from your team, your fellow leaders, your values, your mission and vision is less effective compared to developing leadership in an integrated approach. @LshipMatters can be used individually but works well in a collaborative approach.
