Project Spotlight: Old Fourth Ward Expansion . McKenney’s joined JE Dunn for a major expansion in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward—completing HVAC & Plumbing for a 420-room hotel, 110K sq. ft. of office, 30K retail, and 120K underground parking to this vibrant mixed-use hub. #McKenneys
