Thrilled to share that my book ROMNEY: A RECKONING will debut at No. 3 on the New York Times Best Sellers list! Can't tell you how grateful I am for everyone who's bought the book, read it, shared it, and engaged with it. This entire experience has been surreal.

Possibly dumb question, but with stuff like this, won't the next Democratic president just... scrape his name off the building? Change the Department of War back to Department of Defense? The East Wing gone for good, and the ballroom is probably permanent. But is there any reason
This morning, the State Department renamed the former Institute of Peace to reflect the greatest dealmaker in our nation's history. Welcome to the Donald J. Trump Institute of Peace. The best is yet to come.

Signalgate Report Says Hegseth Could Have Endangered Troops: “If Houthi militants had learned those details in advance, they might have been able to shoot down American planes or better defend their positions.”

As a BYU homer who is completely convinced of anti-BYU bias in the playoff committee, I appreciate @RGIII's support this season. (I will say that the "persecuting Christians" angle would make slightly more sense if the team ranked right above us wasn't, um, Notre Dame—but
BYU should be in the College Football Playoff. -11-1 in a Power 4 Conference Champ Game -#6 Strength of Record -T-Most wins over teams with a winning record -Better SOS than Ole Miss, Notre Dame, Miami Wins and loses matter. Who you beat matters. Stop persecuting Christians.

This counts as a W over Penn State for playoff ranking purposes.
Sources: BYU coach Kalani Sitake has begun to inform people that he intends to stay at the school. BYU is in the process of putting together a lucrative contract to keep him. He's been one of main targets at Penn State, which he informed of his decision today.

Had to delete a tweet quibbling over whether “Hallelujah” is a Christmas song (it’s not!) because I realized I’d inadvertently RT’d a “Christian nationalist” using this graphic to spew absurd anti-Semitic nonsense. Happy holidays! Social media platforms in 2025 are terrible.

So much revealed about an ideology in so few words.
@mckaycoppins The US-citizen crime rate is vastly inflated over where it would be because of Blacks. You know this. Or, you should.

If this were true, wouldn’t immigrants from “broken homelands” commit crimes here at higher rates than U.S. citizens do? A large body of research has definitively established that they don’t.
This is the great lie of mass migration. You are not just importing individuals. You are importing societies. No magic transformation occurs when failed states cross borders. At scale, migrants and their descendants recreate the conditions, and terrors, of their broken homelands.

How has the quality of resistance media criticism not evolved beyond this in 10 years?

Slightly baffled be reactions like this. The Atlantic's cover line is very clearly a description, not an endorsement. Does anyone seriously deny the reality that RFK Jr. has, at this moment, enormous power over the fields of American science and medicine?
@mckaycoppins Just cancelled my subscription. I work with real scientists. For shame. Your cover is disgusting.

Our January cover story is worth your time:
RFK Jr. has overturned America’s vaccination policies and gutted its teams of vaccine experts. He’s also pushed for changes that health activists on the left and many in the scientific mainstream have long sought. What is he after? In The Atlantic’s January issue,

Earlier this month, on the @Deseret Voices podcast, @SenMarkKelly talked about how military personnel and ICE agents and aren’t required to follow illegal orders. Democrats joined him in that message (which prompted Trump’s posts about treason and execution). Now this:

If I can be vulnerable for a moment, I was one of the students who faced food insecurity while at UC, and the on-campus food pantry made a huge difference for me. A ton of respect, and a big shoutout to @BYU for their incredible donation!
Before BYU's game against Cincinnati, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints donated 27,000 pounds of food to UC's on-campus food pantry. It's the biggest donation in the history of the pantry, which supports students facing food insecurity. https://t.co/kaDt1hEZzh
