Mucked around a bit putting some colours on the terrain.

Second battle was a king of the hill between the two Goliath gangs. Poking each other with Renderizer serrated axes in a 1 turn victory for my slightly more drug fuelled Stimmer.

So I managed to play 2 games to start the campaign. In the first game we randomly chose a battle where my gang was drunk and defending a vat of alcohol. Goliath’s being immune to pinning made it unfriendly for the opponent, win to me.

So starting a Necromunda campaign tomorrow so I thought I better spray and whack a wash on some terrain. I’ll add some colour during the week.

Different form of hobby tonight. Game 4 of the Ipswich Blood Bowl league. A return to Khorne’s favour after 2 games of minimal casualties. The dice can really go hot and cold. The crowd also got involved so my opponent had a very full casualty board at the end of the match.

So added the 2 heroes just the knights to go. They’re really imposing compared to the troops, a big change from Khorne where everyone is on the roids.

So the next 5 done to complete the unit. Now to see what primers I have left.

So it’s finally time to get back on the horse. I signed up for a local slow grow for the start of 4th ed and went out and bought some glue after my darling child @jacksonmccorma8 used it all. It starts with building a spearhead.

Usual last minute panic before a tournament. However I found out using contrast paints gives acceptable results a lot quicker.

So undercoat and zenethil applied. Started on the first basecoat.

So it’s the usual month or so before a tournament and I want to add 2 units to my army. Hmm … typical.

The culmination of a good night with friends

Played my dwarves in a BloodBowl tournament a few weekends ago. Actually achieved a 3-2 but lost focus on the real objective and only came third in casualties caused after starting off strong.

So I played in a local one dayer. It used 3 of the 5 for the two dayer next weekend, so I’ll actually be somewhat prepared. I’m not sure I approve of this prior preparation and planning.

Needed a troll for my Orc Blood Bowl team, so time to dip into one of my tournament lucky dip wins to make this fine fellow.

It’s time to fail to paint things on a smaller scale. 10mm.
