The difference in animation for whiff as opposed to block for this move is very cool imo. Tekken team has some great animators.

Not sure if I'm late to the party on this, but I believe Yoshi's hitbox of d2,2 is smaller if he cancels into NSS. Here I do the same combo both with and without the cancel and you can see that canceling causes the second hit to whiff most of the time. #T8_report

Yoshi's hardest matchup is his own combos dropping for no reason. Maybe I'm biased but it seems like other characters don't have as much of an issue with consistency.
