I have nothing but disdain for the chowderheads at Corrections Canada. Their assertion that victims’ families are taken into account when considering the move of a murderer to a lesser-security facility is pure BS. This isn’t the Canada I grew up in. 😡

Prior to this, the best seven games between baseball opponents I’ve seen were the two late season series in 1987 between the Blue Jays and Tigers. But that wasn’t the post-season and — good as it was — it lacked the sheer drama of this WS. Great stuff!
