@CitroenIndia @Saurabh_Vatsa 11. None of the personnel is organised or aware. Any accessory I enquire is either not in stock or accessories manager isnt aware that it exists. He sold me a basic body cover. I had asked a premium one, to which he said there isn't any premium cover

@CitroenIndia @Saurabh_Vatsa 10. (Continued) when I called CRM today , she said the RC is at La Maison. To this the sales personnel said his senior Mr. Suraj had incorrectly informed that my RC isn't at La Maison. Common, your staff has one job yet they aren't able to do it.

@CitroenIndia @Saurabh_Vatsa 10. On 5th April, I was informed that RC has been received at La Maison. The sales personnel assured that it will be delivered to me. Today when the sales personnel came for Demo in my neighborhood, he bluntly said that my RC isn't at La Maison.
